Howard+Revis is seeking a graphic designer to join our small, but growing team of dedicated professionals. Expect to work on a variety of small- and large-scale exhibits for museums and visitor centers, as well as environmental signage and public art installation projects, from initial concepts through production. The position may be either remote or based out of our DC office.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill with typography, layout and conceptual design solutions
• BFA or MFA in graphic design (preferred) • Experience with exhibits, environmental graphics, wayfinding, or branding of public spaces (preferred) • Interest in working with complex exhibit content covering a wide range of topics, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams • Fluency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects and keep careful project records • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively express ideas to colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing
