In Hohenwald, TN, The Elephant Sanctuary provides a home to a whole herd. As a true sanctuary, the facility does not put its elephants on public view, but a new downtown Discovery Center gives visitors a glimpse into the elephants’ lives and care. H+R is developing exhibits indoors and out that explore a magnificent species, the unique stories of the Sanctuary’s own residents and the role people play in protecting these endangered giants.
