Leading by example, the Robinson Nature Center's award-winning building—designed by GWWO Architects—achieved Platinum certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). To bring the building's sustainable features to the fore, H+R developed iconography and a signage package interpreting the building's green roof, local materials, geothermal heating and other eco-friendly features. Positioned throughout the facility and site, the emblems celebrate the building's green technologies and encourage visitors to consider the impact of public buildings on the environment.
